The Sunlizard
This person has one aim on holiday, which is to absorb as many harmful rays as possible from the sun. All other aspects of life are compromised in the seeking of this goal. A computer is needed to calculate the best venue for the time of year, and then work out optimum beach times. The computer is linked to an alarm clock which raises the Sunlizard from bed, and recommends the correct proportions in which various creams and lotions should be applied.
Once installed on the beach the Sunlizard is beyond the reach of any other communicating human, cut off by a Walkman (carefully positioned so that it does not cast any shadows). A special timer alerts the Sunlizard when it is time to turn over to ensure the best, even spread of tan.
